Level Up Athletics is proud to announce our own, in-house baseball instruction program led by Head Instructor – Mark Foulkes. The LUA Baseball Training & Instruction program is a one-stop shop for all things baseball. With more than twenty years of community baseball involvement, Mark and his team know the best ways to prepare today’s athletes for tomorrow’s competition.
A graduate of St. Charles East High School and current Varsity Pitching Coach, Mark brings nearly twenty years of baseball experience to Level Up Athletics. Mark was recently recognized by the IHSA as Assistant Coach of the Year (2021). His love of the game, commitment to player development, and success in the game make him the perfect person to lead Level Up Athletics Baseball Instruction program.
The LUA Baseball Training & Instruction team offers a 1:1 coaching session for batting, catching, fielding, or pitching in 30 minutes ($50) or 60 minutes ($100) increments. Sessions are open to both travel and recreational players ages 8u-17u. Request more information to learn availability, training curriculum, and private instruction experience.
LUA Baseball Training & Instruction hitting clinics (cohorts) are a small group structure of similar-aged players, who are committed to improving their hitting ability. Hitting clinics are four weeks long, meeting two times per week for 45 minutes ($300). Emphasis on teaching players how to swing with confidence, control, and power at every age level.
